As a Director Izzy has toured work to the USA, Kenya, Hawaii, New Zealand and Brazil. She has worked with The Royal Court, National Theatre Wales, The Southbank Centre, Cardboard Citizens, Kiln Theatre, Theatr Clwyd, The Pleasance, Soho Theatre and English Touring Theatre. Izzy also directs music videos for multiple music genres ranging from jazz, folk to punk.

They also direct stand-up comedy and have worked with comedians such as Tatty Macleod, Jamie Finn and Amy Mason. 

Izzy also teaches and directs projects annually at Rose Bruford Drama School (specifically the MA in Queer Performance and Theatre and Social Change BA) and Guildhall School of Acting Summer School.
